We provide building surveying, property mitigation, insurance reinstatement, contract administration and project management services to insurers, loss adjusters, managing agents, commercial property owners and private clients.

Led by Lee Riding MCIOB, a Chartered Construction Professional with over 15 years of experience, Kelsey Manor combines technical surveying expertise with practical construction delivery to provide end-to-end property loss and recovery solutions.

We have experience supporting major UK insurers, loss adjusting practices and contractor networks and have acted as Contract Administrator on major loss and high-net-worth property projects.
